Lorient is pleased to announce the launch of order tracking emails across all product dispatches - providing customers with greater visibility and a smoother, more transparent delivery experience.
As part of this update, customers will now automatically receive two email notifications for every order:
• Dispatch confirmation – sent as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
• Delivery confirmation – sent once your order has reached its destination.
These real-time updates allow you to plan installations more effectively, manage project timelines with confidence, and keep your team informed — with no additional admin required.
The new tracking emails are active immediately, and no action is needed from customers to enable them.
